About Perch Houses

Purpose

Perch Houses is a co-living concept that offers middle-income women age 55+ a safe, affordable place to live with built-in community and easier access to health support services. Between 2019 - 2023, real estate prices have risen about 45%, becoming out of reach for the 47% of seniors designated as "middle class." Perch Houses serves this middle-income population often referred to as the "forgotten middle."
